WHAT can be returned?
Only items that were accidentally duplicated. If it was my fault, I pay the shipping back to me for you to return it, or if it was a duplicate order you placed, you will pay the shipping back to me and you will be credited for the merchandise once it arrives in new condition in original packaging.
PATTERNS or BOOKS can not be returned.
Defective merchandise (from the manufacturer) can be returned and will be replaced with like-product that has been tested first for quality assurance. Or you may want to contact the manufacturer directly, they deal with customers wonderfully I've learned!
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Return items need to be back before 30 days has transpired from the date you received the merchandise and must be returned in new and unopened package (or if a bad item via the manufacturer, just return the original packing with it unless you have returned the merchandise to them)
